By accessing or using Frictio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, which serve as the End User License Agreement (EULA) for Frictio. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. Frictio is operated by Boost Innovation ("we", "us", "our").
Frictio is a home care plan generation tool designed for licensed massage therapists and wellness practitioners. The Service allows practitioners to create exercise-based home care plans, share them with clients, and track client compliance.
Frictio is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The home care plans generated by Frictio are intended as general wellness and exercise guidance created by qualified practitioners for their clients. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Users and clients should always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program, especially if they have a pre-existing medical condition or injury. By using Frictio, you acknowledge and agree that:

Practitioners who use Frictio to create plans for clients represent that they are licensed or certified in their jurisdiction to provide the type of care described in the plans. Practitioners are solely responsible for ensuring that plans are appropriate for each client's condition and ability level.
Frictio offers paid subscription plans. By purchasing a subscription:

Plans you create using Frictio are yours to use with your clients, but you may not resell, redistribute, or white-label the generated plans as a competing service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frictio and Boost Innovation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, personal injury, or damages arising from reliance on exercise plans generated by the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months prior to the claim.
